Some of the best things are too much while also never being enough. An ever shrinking shoreline that frees you further into the water while drowning you all the same. The medication disintegrates into the poison and its cure. All your hair has to fall out before you can get better, remember? The snake that unravels inside your body will consume all the sickness. It just happens to eat and destroy everything else in its path on the way. But it’s okay. Because energy cannot be created nor destroyed. You always have and haven’t been the very thing you never were.
